TWST Scholars Program

 

The TWST4Girls Scholars Program is a comprehensive youth development initiative designed to empower girls through mentorship, leadership development, life skills education, college readiness, career exposure, cultural enrichment, and community engagement.

 

Through workshops, educational programming, mentorship, service-learning projects, leadership activities, college tours, career exploration, wellness initiatives, and exposure experiences, scholars are encouraged to discover their purpose, strengthen their confidence, and develop the skills necessary to thrive beyond high
school. The program intentionally creates a supportive village where youth are surrounded by mentors, advisors, peers, and community leaders who encourage growth, accountability, and excellence.

 

TWST4Girls Scholars are challenged to become leaders within their schools and communities while developing a strong sense of identity, responsibility, compassion, and global awareness.

01SPONSOR PROGRAMS & EXPERIENCES

Sponsor year round programming that provides scholars with leadership development, life skills training, college and career readiness, cultural enrichment, mentorship, and transformative learning experiences.


02CREATE OPPORTUNITIES & PROVIDE RESOURCES

Support scholars through internships, job shadowing opportunities, scholarships, technology, school supplies, professional attire, transportation assistance, and other resources that help prepare them for future success.

03MENTOR, VOLUNTEER & PARTNER

Serve as a mentor, volunteer, guest speaker, workshop facilitator, or community partner committed to helping girls build confidence, leadership skills, and pathways to college, career, and life success.
