The International Service Learning Program at TWST4Girls provides scholars with transformative global experiences that combine education, cultural immersion, leadership development, and meaningful community service.

Through international travel and hands-on service initiatives, students are exposed to diverse cultures, global issues, and opportunities to make a tangible impact in communities around the world.

The program is intentionally designed to expand students’ perspectives beyond their everyday environments while encouraging them to become culturally aware, socially responsible, and service-minded leaders prepared to create meaningful change both locally and globally.

Scholars participate in activities such as educational outreach, community service projects, cultural exchange experiences, leadership development, historical exploration, and humanitarian initiatives throughout countries in Africa and beyond.

These experiences help students develop confidence, adaptability, compassion, global awareness, and a deeper understanding of service, leadership, and community responsibility.

The H2O 4 Life Project at TWST4Girls is a global humanitarian initiative focused on increasing access to clean, safe water for underserved communities while teaching scholars the importance of service, philanthropy, sustainability, and global impact.

Through fundraising efforts, international partnerships, advocacy campaigns, and hands-on service-learning experiences, scholars actively participate in supporting the development of sustainable water borehole projects that improve daily life for families and children abroad.

For TWST4Girls scholars, the project is a transformative leadership and philanthropy experience that expands their worldview while teaching compassion, service, sustainability, and global responsibility. For villages and families in Africa, access to clean water improves health, sanitation, education, safety, and overall quality of life while reducing the burden of traveling long distances for unsafe water.

Through this initiative, TWST4Girls scholars and global communities are connected through meaningful service and shared impact.

Project LIGHT is an international educational outreach initiative by TWST4Girls designed to help bridge educational and digital access gaps for students in underserved communities throughout Africa and beyond.

Through this initiative, TWST4Girls scholars collect, fundraise for, and distribute laptops, school supplies, books, educational materials, and technology resources that support schools, youth programs, and learning spaces abroad.

Project LIGHT supports the development of computer labs and educational environments that provide students with greater access to technology, digital literacy, and academic opportunities that can positively impact their futures. TWST4Girls scholars actively participate in donation drives, fundraising campaigns, packing initiatives, outreach efforts, and international distribution experiences, allowing them to directly contribute to meaningful educational impact while developing leadership, compassion, and global awareness.
