The College Preparation & Career Readiness Program at TWST4Girls equips youth with the knowledge, exposure, and skills needed to successfully transition from high school into college, careers, entrepreneurship, and workforce leadership.

Through college tours, scholarship and FAFSA assistance, career exploration, internships, professional development workshops, mentorship, resume building, interview preparation, and networking opportunities, students gain the confidence and tools necessary to make informed decisions about their futures and pursue their goals with purpose. 100% of students reported that through the college and career readiness program, they’ve gained clarity in their academic and career goals, strengthened professional and leadership skills, and accessed opportunities that had a positive impact on their post-high school plans.

Through exposure and guidance, all undecided scholars reported a transition from being uncertain about their futures to confidently pursuing college, careers, entrepreneurship, and workforce pathways.
